Although I’m not much for dieting, I have to say I now have somewhat of a soft spot for Whole 30. For me, Whole 30 has provided an opportunity to put more of an emphasis on well-ness and proper eating without feeling deprived. What’s the main idea? Say good-bye to processed foods and sugar for 30 whole days.
While no, this isn’t a walk in the park the concept is pretty fantastic. In theory, there really shouldn’t be a downside to focusing our efforts on eating fruits, vegetables, meats– that’s the biggest thing I learned the first time I tried it out.
