Hello, Whole 30

Although I’m not much for dieting, I have to say I now have somewhat of a soft spot for Whole 30. For me, Whole 30 has provided an opportunity to put more of an emphasis on well-ness and proper eating without feeling deprived. What’s the main idea? Say good-bye to processed foods and sugar for 30 whole days.

While no, this isn’t a walk in the park the concept is pretty fantastic. In theory, there really shouldn’t be a downside to focusing our efforts on eating fruits, vegetables, meats– that’s the biggest thing I learned the first time I tried it out. With my boyfriend Jon by my side, join me on my second journey of Whole 30. And if you want more details, visit Whole30.com and jump on the clean-eating-bandwagon!
